Acceptance of terms, conditions, and personal data processing policy

The following terms establish the binding guidelines for the commercial alliance granted by FAJAS MYD LLC. Completing this form represents express acceptance of these terms. Therefore, those who choose to participate and meet the requirements set forth herein will be subject to these terms and conditions.

 

Likewise, FAJAS MYD LLC reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions unilaterally and without prior notice. The Company will make the modifications to the terms and conditions available to the Participants.

 

In accordance with the above, FAJAS MYD LLC and the "PARTNER" formalize this "COMMERCIAL ALLIANCE" under the following terms:

 

FIRST: FAJAS MYD LLC grants the PARTNER, free of charge, the related product(s) with a prior description of Reference(s), Color(s), and Size(s), so that the PARTNER can independently create digital content, which will be used on FAJAS MYD LLC's various social media platforms.

 

SECOND: The PARTNER acknowledges and authorizes FAJAS MYD LLC to share and distribute their image through different social media platforms and the official website to promote the products provided free of charge, without any compensation or financial incentive. The PARTNER acknowledges that their image will be publicly displayed, with no territorial limitations, both nationally and internationally, for a duration of five years from the acceptance of these terms, conditions, and data processing policy. The PARTNER declares that they transfer to FAJAS MYD LLC all related proprietary rights arising from the publication and dissemination of content on the authorized social media platforms and channels.

 

THIRD: The PARTNER accepts and acknowledges that all Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, and other information accessed regarding FAJAS MYD LLC is exclusively owned by the company and cannot be used for any purpose other than those agreed upon in this document. Acceptance of this alliance does not create or establish any type of labor relationship, partnership, commercial agency, or any other form of association between the PARTIES. Each PARTY remains responsible for fulfilling its respective obligations.

 

FOURTH: The PARTNER freely, expressly, and knowingly authorizes FAJAS MYD LLC to use their personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of the United States of America, for the following purposes:

  • Use, reproduce, publish, and store audiovisual content created with their image.
  • Access, update, and rectify the information collected through FAJAS MYD LLC’s authorized channels.
  • Freely access the provided data that has been subject to processing.
  • Request updates or corrections to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, or any data whose processing is prohibited or has not been properly updated.

 

The PARTNER has the right to file complaints with the relevant authorities in the United States of America for violations of applicable legal provisions, request proof of granted authorization, and refuse to answer questions regarding sensitive data or information about children and adolescents that may affect the individual’s privacy or lead to discrimination due to improper use.
