Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please follow this important information about our return policies (please read carefully all the information and comply with each of the points below).

If you need help to know your size or any questions about your exchange order, please contact our agents who will give you personalized advice through Whastapp  1 305 7675506. (Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM EST)

1. The garment must have the original tags and packaging. Without exception, without this, there is no possibility of exchange.
2. The garment must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you (i.e., no cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The shapewear must not be used.
3. The cost of the return shipping and the cost of shipping with the new garment must be covered by the buyer.   Upon receiving your return, we will contact you to arrange payment of the $9 corresponding to the shipping of the new garment.
4. Garments purchased with discounts can only be exchanged for a different size.
5. We do not offer cash refunds. You can receive store credit if your purchase qualifies.
6. We only accept returns for purchases made through our website or by phone at our Fajas MyD Store in the USA.
7. You can request a garment exchange within 30 calendar days after the purchase.
8. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To facilitate the exchange process efficiently, we kindly ask you to include a note inside the return package. This note should outline the reason for your exchange request and your specific requirement. This will help us expedite the process and ensure we can meet your needs appropriately. We appreciate your cooperation and remain available for any further inquiries that may arise during the return process.

We remind our clients that our products are considered intimate garments. The company has high-quality standards that grant the ability to accept or not garments that do not comply with the policies for the change for hygiene or care conditions.
