Shipping Policies

• For purchases over $99.99 the shipping is free to anywhere in the USA. If the order is less than $99.99, you must assume a cost of Flat rate that will be calculated at the time of checkout.

• When you deliver the order to the carrier, you will receive the shipment confirmation and the tracking number in the email.

• The order will be processed between one or two business days, and the shipment will take five to seven business days.

• The company is not responsible for delays or inconveniences that may arise in the shipment by transport agencies after the order has been delivered to the service provider.

• The customer must send and verify the corresponding shipping address. If a refund is incurred by mistake in the data provided, the cost of return to the address must be borne by the user.

• If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the transporter will deliver the order to the people present at the moment or in the corresponding mailbox.

• Fajas MyD LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The service provider usually determines if the order can be left in a secure and protected place at the delivery address. If you think your package may have been lost or stolen, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team so we can help you.

• If you have any concerns about the information previously provided, Fajas MyD LLC has the following contact number available to its customers: (305) 767 55 06 or through our online store.

Incorrect Address: Fajas MyD LLC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong or missing apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provide all the correct information. Fajas MyD LLC is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.

How do I change my address on an existing order in transit? Once the order is processed and sent (in transit), it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company (USPS) and make the necessary changes (there may be an additional charge). Fajas MyD LLC can not be held responsible for the change of address.

• How do I cancel my order on an existing order in transit? Regrettably, we cannot cancel your order from our customer service department. Once your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.

NOTE: Apply the same policies as our domestic orders.

SHIPPING

  • All orders will be processed between 1 or 2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
  • Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, orders can take between 3 - to 7 business days to deliver.

 We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak season etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

  • Shipping rates vary based on weight, tariffs, and country. The cost of shipping is calculated after checkout.
  • FAJAS MYD LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.


TAXES AND DUTIES

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the customer's responsibility.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the customer's responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.


RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • Fajas MYD does not do refunds. Store credit will be issued.
  • Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must have the original tags and original packaging and must be in the same condition that we sent it to you (without cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The garment must be new and must have yet to be used.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of them.

Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.

  • The cost for returning the order and the new shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. When we receive your return, we will email you to make the payment corresponding to the shipment of the new garment.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from fajasmyd.us ; purchases made in other websites or stores are not accepted.
