Returns – Exchanges policies
Please follow this important information about our return policies (please read carefully all the information and comply with each of the points below).
1. The garment must have the original tags and packaging. Without exception, without this, there is no possibility of exchange.
2. The garment must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you (i.e., no cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The shapewear must not be used.
3. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs associated with the replacement garment. Upon receipt of your return, we will contact you to arrange payment of the $9 shipping fee for the replacement garment.
4. Garments purchased with discounts can only be exchanged for a different size
5. We do not issue refunds on returned items. However, exchanges or store credit are available for eligible returns
6. We accept returns only for purchases made through our website, via phone orders, or at our Fajas MyD Store located in the USA.
7. You can request a garment exchange within 30 calendar days after the purchase.
8. Final sale items can only be exchanged for size. No returns are allowed on final sale items.
